Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the event of cancellation and under the following conditions:
- Full refund if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Partial refund may be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, based on notice period and service readiness.
- No refund (100% cancellation fee) if the cancellation is made on the day of service or if the technician is already en route/on-site.
Note: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction after services are rendered. Instead, a re-service may be offered under qualifying conditions.
Re-service Policy
We offer a one-time re-service at our discretion, provided the following criteria are met:
- The issue is reported immediately after service completion.
- The service did not meet professional or industry standards, as determined by internal review.
The affected areas and deficiencies are clearly described and verifiable.
Non-Eligibility for Re-service or Refund
Re-service or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Issues reported after the day of service.
- The service was completed according to the agreed scope and quality standards.
- Property was inaccessible at the time of the appointment.
- Services could not be performed due to hazardous or unsafe conditions.
The complaint is based on subjective expectations or a change of mind.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Free cancellation/rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a partial or full charge, up to 100% of the service fee depending on timing and resources allocated.
